Using Tuklas
Tuklas is a discovery app for cafes in the Philippines. You may browse without an account; posting, reviewing, saving and joining trips require one, and you must be at least 13 years old to create it.
You are responsible for what your account does. Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
Your content
Your reviews, posts, photos and guides remain yours. By publishing them you grant Tuklas a licence to display and distribute them inside the app and its previews — nothing more.
A review must describe a real visit. Paid, incentivised, coordinated or fabricated reviews are removed, and the accounts behind them may be suspended.
Reviews and disputes
A cafe cannot edit, hide or delete a customer review. Verified managers may publish one official response and may dispute a review for a policy violation.
Tuklas decides disputes against these terms only. Disagreement with an opinion, a rating, or an unflattering description is not a violation.
Business accounts
Claiming a cafe requires verification of your authority to represent it. Verified pages carry an Official badge, which we may remove if the claim turns out to be false.
Business responses are public and attributable. Impersonating a cafe, or trading badge access, ends the account.
Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless doing so would compromise an investigation.
